MIL-C-64030(AR)
4.5.2.2.8.2 High voltage supply test. At 20 ± 10 seconds
after the ADATA/DEP waveform of figure 7 is applied, verify that
the voltage on E10 (VHV) is in compliance with the requirements of
3.5.2.10.
4.5.2.2.8.3 FSD pattern. With the FSD test loads specified
in 4.5.2.2.2.1 applied, verify that the FSD sequence specified in
3.5.2.8 appears at the tube driver outputs.
4.5.2.2.8.4 Detonator driver pulse. With the DET test loads
specified in 4.5.2.2.2.1 applied, verify that the waveforms at
J1-12 (DET1) with respect to J1-24 (DET1(R)) and J1-13 (DET2) with
respect to J1-14 (DET2(R)) meet the requirements of 3.5.2.9.
4.5.2.2.9 Accelerated arm sequence test.
4.5.2.2. 9.1 Safe test. Apply O ± 0.2 volt to E44 (ADATA) and
E41 (DEP). Momentarily apply O ± 0.2 volt, then apply 5 ± 0.2
volts to E11 (-CLR). Apply 0 ± 0.2 volt to E10 (VHV) through a 51
ohm ± 5% resistor. Apply O ± 0.2 volt to E42 (DA) and an open to
E11 (S/A). Use a multimeter to verify that E12 (BTOK), E16 (CTOK)
and E15 (DALT) are `OFF" as specified in 3.5.2.4.
4.5.2.2.9.2 Self test. Set the voltage on E9 (VBT) to 13 ±
0.5 volts. Use a multimeter to verify that E15 (DALT) is "OFF"
and that E12 (BTOK) and E16 (CTOK) are "ON" as specified in
3.5.2.4.
4.5.2.2.9.3 Load and accelerated safe separation test. Apply
O -- 0.2 volts to E3 (TP3). Then, apply 5 + 0.1 volts to E42
+
--
(DA). Verify that E12 (BTOK), E15 (DALT) and E16 (CTOK) and E15
(DALT) are `OFF" as specified in 3.5.2.4.
4.5.2.2.9.4 Arm test. Remove the connection to E1O (VHV).
Apply O + 0.2 volt to E11 (S/A). After 10 seconds, remove the
connection to E3 (TP3). Verify that E12 (BTOK), E16 (CTOK) and
E15 (DALT) are "OFF" as specified in 3.5.2.4.
4.5.2.2.10 Hardwire input circuit reverse polarity test.
Apply a pulse with an amplitude of -8 ± 0.2 volts and a width of 1
+ 0.1 milliseconds to E18 (HW1) with respect to E17 (HW2). Use a
multimeter verify that the voltage at E47 (HWD) is 5 ± 0.3 volts
and the voltage at E46 (-HWD) is 0.2 ± 0.2 volts as specified in
3.5.2.12.
4.5.2.3 Control indicator performance tests. This section
describes the performance test of the Control Indicator, assembly
no. 9333036.
4.5.2.3.1 SAFE/ARM Switch resistance test. With no other
connections to the Control Indicator use a multimeter to measure
the DC resistance between the points listed below with the
SAFE/ARM switch in the positions specified in 3.5.3.1. Verify
that the measured values are in compliance with the requirements
specified in 3.5.3.1.
