REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Materials. Materials shall be in accordance with all applicable
Specifications and standards. Materials not specified shall be selected by
the supplier and shall be subject to all provisions of this specification.
3.1.1 Tags. Tags used for identification and warning marking shall
conform to UU-T-81, Type A with waterproof ink.
3.2 Initial Production Dispenser. Unless otherwise specified, one of the
first ten (10) production processed dispensers shall be subjected to the
inspection in 4.2. Approval of one of the first ten (10) production processed
dispensers shall not relieve the supplier of his obligation to process all
dispensers in accordance with this specification. Except as otherwise
specified by the procuring activity, any change to materials or processing
after approval of one of the first ten (10) production processed dispenser
shall require an additional production processed dispenser be inspected as
specified in 4.2 Government representative shall select the dispenser to be
inspected.
