4 2.1 Rejection. Failure of the production processed dispenser, to
conform to the requirements of 4.2, shall be cause for rejection and refusal
to continue inspection/acceptance of dispensers by the Government until
objective evidence has been provided by the contractor that corrective action
has been taken to eliminate the conditions which caused rejection.
4.3 Production processed dispenser. Except as otherwise specified, the
production processed dispensers shall be subjected to inspections as specified
in 4.4.2 and tested as specified in 4.5.1
4.4 Quality conformance inspection.
4.4.1 Inspection lot formation. As applied to Government inspection of
units of production, "lot" shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-105.
4.4.2 Examination. The examinations listed in the Classification of
Defects paragraph 4.4.2.1 shall be performed on inspection lots as defined in
4.4.1. Unless otherwise specified in the Classification of Defects and Tests,
sampling plans and procedures for major and minor defects shall be in
accordance with MIL-STD-105.
