2.2 Order of precedence.
In the event of a conflict between
the text of this specification and the references cited herein
(except for associated detail specifications, specification sheets
or MS standards), the text of this specification shall take

3.
REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Materials. Materials and parts shall be in accordance
with applicable drawings and specifications.
3.2 Parts. The parts shall comply with all requirements
specified on applicable drawings, associated drawings, and with
all requirements specified in applicable specifications and
standards.
3.3 Housing function. The Housing, Molded 9337419 shall
deploy sensors when given a voltage of 1.6 volts discharged from a
100 microfarad capacitor. The housing shall deploy sensors on the
top side with either the three- sensor side up or the four-sensor
side up. For First Article samples all sensors on the top side
shall deploy and no sensors on the bottom side shall deploy. For
Lot Acceptance samples sensors on the top side and the bottom side
shall deploy in accordance with accept/reject criteria given in
4.5.1.
3.4 Soldering. All soldered electrical connections shall
comply with MIL-S-45743.
3.4.1 Solderability. Electronic and electric assembly parts
that are to be soldered shall comply with the solderability
requirements of MIL-S-45743 except the flexible printed wiring
shall comply with the solderability requirements of MIL-P-50884.
