MILITARY SPECIFICATION
HOUSING, MOLDED, FOR ANTI-PERSONNEL MINE
M131 SYSTEM
This specification is approved for use within the U.S. Army
Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, and is available for use
by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1.
SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification contains requirements not
normally covered by drawings and provides quality assurance
provisions for the fabrication of parts, assemblies and packing of
the metal and plastic parts for the antipersonnel mine for the
M131 System.

APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1 Government documents.
2.1.1 Specifications, standards and handbooks. The following
specifications standards and handbooks form a part of this
document to the extent specified herein. Unless otherwise
specified, the issues of these documents are those listed in the
issue of the Department of Defense Index of Specifications and
Standards (DoDISS) and supplement thereto, cited in the
solicitation.

DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D. Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense
and DoD Contractors only. This Technical Data Package contains sensitive
technology on a new weapons system. This determination was made on 10 July
1987. Other requests for this document will be referred to: Commander, ARDEC,
AITN: SMACAR-FSM, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000.
DESTRUCTION NOTICE. For classified documents, follow the procedures in DoD
